Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our application.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Android and WhatsApp sticker applications published by SG Apps Tech, including Bubu Panda Stickers for WA, Yellow Dino Stickers for WA, Cute Baby Stickers for WA, and Animated Baby Stickers for WA (collectively, "the Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By using any of the Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Apps.
The Apps are provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt their operation, reverse-engineer the sticker packs, or use them for unlawful purposes.
All stickers available through the Apps are intended for personal use within messaging applications such as WhatsApp. Stickers are added to WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Smart Sticker / Sticker Pack integration. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit any sticker artwork without obtaining appropriate authorization from SG Apps Tech.
The application, including its design, branding, logo, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by SG Apps Tech or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the application is strictly prohibited.
The application may integrate or use third-party services such as Google Play Services, AdMob, analytics tools, and other service providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
SG Apps Tech is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.
The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. Clicking on advertisements or interacting with third-party services is done at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SG Apps Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the application in any way that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the application at any time without prior notice if we believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
