Common fixes for our sticker apps, plus how to reach us if you need more help.
Make sure you have a stable connection while downloading from the Play Store, and that your device has enough free storage (our apps are typically under 10 MB).
Update WhatsApp to the latest version, reopen the sticker app, and tap "Add to WhatsApp" again. The pack should then appear in WhatsApp's sticker tray.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it, or restart your device. If the issue continues, uninstalling and reinstalling usually resolves it.

Remove the app anytime from Settings → Apps. To remove just the stickers from WhatsApp, long-press the pack in the sticker tray and choose remove.
