Bubu Panda Stickers for WA was the first app SG Apps Tech ever published, and this month it crossed 5,000 downloads on the Play Store. It's a small number by app-store standards, but for a single-character sticker pack built by a two-person team, it's the milestone that told us this approach — one focused pack per character, kept small and kept current — was worth continuing.
We didn't run paid campaigns or cross-promote aggressively. Growth came almost entirely from people finding the pack through Play Store search, trying it, and either sharing it with friends or coming back for updates. The sticker most often mentioned in reviews is a sleepy panda rubbing its eyes — small details like that seem to matter more than the total number of stickers in a pack.
Several of the newer panda expressions came directly from requests submitted through our Contact page. A shy, blushing panda and an exaggerated "done with today" face were both suggested by users and added in later updates. This is the same process we now use for every pack we ship — if you have an idea for a sticker or an entire new character, that page is the fastest way to reach us.
